About the building
Andel Park is one of the largest office projects in Prague 5.
It offers a flexible office layout suitable for both small and large companies and provides a total of 20,000 sqm of good quality, fully air-conditioned office premises.
Andel Park is a multi-functional project built on the premises of the former Tatra Koprivnice plant designed by Vaclav Aulicky, the creator of Zizkov Television Tower and the Czech TV headquarters in Kavci Hory.

The administrative project consists of two buildings (A and B) each with its own reception desk. The buildings are interlinked via an inner courtyard and offer users two outdoor relaxation zones. There are a sufficient number of parking lots and storage areas on the underground floors. The ground floor houses design studios, a music shop and a sports shop and also a bike room with relevant facilities for cyclists.
BREEAM green certificate
The high standard of both technical and management conditions of Anděl Park office centre is also now further approved by achieving the international BREEAM In-Use International green certificate, with an EXCELLENT***** rating.
BREEAM - In Use is a complete assessment system, concentrating on a number of categories, namely energy consumption and use of sustainable energy resources, its impact on the environment, the quality of the working environment and facility management use of environmentally friendly technologies and procedures.

Active movement in the office
We offer multifunctional premises – including a Studio for our clients. The Studio is located on the ground floor of Anděl Park building A. You can take advantage of the Studio premises and visit our free organized exercise lessons twice a week. It is also possible to book the premises, for example for corporate meetings.
We would like to offer the highest comfort to those of our clients who are looking for sustainable ways of getting to their offices (riding a bike or scooter, on foot, jogging etc.) There is a comfortable bike room and a dressing room with a shower at your disposal. By supporting all this, we do believe we are contributing to a cleaner, kinder and safer environment in Prague as well as to better conditions, health, mood and relationships at work.
