Andel Park is one of the largest office projects in Prague 5. It offers flexible office layout suitable for both small and large companies and provides the total of 20,000 sq m of good quality, fully air-conditioned office premises. Currently, the building has been chosen as the headquarters of many renowned international companies, e.g. Carl Zeiss, Baxter, Maersk a Scott & Weber and others.
The administrative project consists of two buildings (A and B) each with own reception desk. The buildings are interlinked via inner courtyard and offer users two outdoor relax zones. There is a sufficient number of parking lots and storages on the underground floors. The ground floor houses design studios, a music shop and a sports shop and also a bike room with relevant facilities for cyclists.
Thanks to its position at the crossroads of Radlicka and Karla Englise streets, the building offers excellent public transport accessibility, perfect connection to the ring road and the whole city infrastructure.
Andel Park is a multi-functional project built on the premises of former Tatra Koprivnice plant designed by Vaclav Aulicky, the author of Zizkov Television Tower or the Czech TV headquarters in Kavci Hory.
